The location is amazing, right next to the BTS! 💕 But the kitchen smell from the A/C was a bit annoying at night. Overall, it was a comfy stay in my King Room.

A fantastic hotel with helpful staff who go above and beyond. The rooms are beautifully furnished, perfect for relaxation. Unfortunately, the wait for room cleaning was long, and the breakfast selection felt a bit limited, but the overall experience was enjoyable.

Friendly staff, convenient location, we received excellent travel advice from Mr Juice, Ms. Angel, and Ms. Nonma, highlighting the truly genuine hospitality of the place and its proximity to the BTS, Phloen Chit station.

great room but poor shower pressure

The King Room was remarkable, with a spacious layout that provided comfort and ease. The city view from my room was stunning, making my stay even more enjoyable. The executive lounge service exceeded expectations, with BB and Mia providing exceptional assistance during my time there.

The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, which detracted from the overall experience.

The breakfast spread was phenomenal! Fresh juices, a variety of cuisines, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We took a family day trip to the nearby floating market, which was a fantastic experience, fun for everyone!

My wife says that the room could use more storage space for families with children.

Our group had a fantastic time staying here! We loved visiting the Grand Palace and exploring Chatuchak Weekend Market through the sightseeing tour organized by the hotel. The staff were super helpful, and the rooftop pool was a highlight for us! Make sure to try the breakfast – it was delicious and had a ton of options.

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was spotty in our room sometimes, which was a bit frustrating.

Positive, Spacious King Room with stunning skyline views. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive. The club lounge offered generous evening snacks and drinks. Great location near shopping and dining options. The pool has a relaxing atmosphere. 🌆

My four-night stay was a dream come true! The King Room provided a breathtaking view of the Bangkok skyline, especially at sunset—just wow! The rooftop bar transformed my evenings into memorable experiences with its vibrant atmosphere and delicious cocktails.

The reception area felt underwhelming for a five-star hotel. Noise from the BTS station could bleed into the room on lower floors, which might disturb light sleepers. The cupboard in the bathroom was in dire need of cleaning, unfortunately ignored despite notifying staff. The TV didn’t have smart features, limiting viewing options without staff assistance. On two occasions, the door key failed, which was a hassle.
